What 服務內容

Today we helped them review the letters and taught them about the week by singing, and we still divided them into two groups to teach them individually. There were only three students in my group. Two of the three students were very energetic, and I had to be patient to make them calm down though their degrees were better than others. The other one student's degree was not good, but she was docile. Most of them were more proficient to the letters, but on the other hand, I think they need more time to memorize the vocabularies about the week.

So What 學習要點

I still need to be more patient to get along with them no matter how energetic they are. Their degrees are very different, so

we have to find a good way to make their learning condition better. So far, we have understood their degrees and traits, and we also have cultivated the same chemistry gradually. Our goal is not only to improve their English, but also be their good friends. The following direction we will teach them something different like numbers, some simple vocabularies, and even some simple conversation.

Now What 服務反思

I think being a good teacher is not easy. You have to spend time knowing different kinds of students, and you also have to try to get along with them well. When you face those students, you have to find an proper way to control them, and this is a challenge to me. I hope I can be a good teacher, but I think there are still something I have to learn because it is not easy. I also want to be their good friend, so I have tried to blend into them since the first time I met them. I hope they can have fun learning English, and this is my homework.
