Eating breakfast is an important thing for me. I always eat a hamburger and a cup of soybean milk for my breakfast. I feel energetic after eating breakfast. Breakfast is the source of energy, because it’s the most important meal for one day. We didn’t eat any food for a long time when we’re sleeping. We need sufficient blood sugar to make our muscle act. If you don’t eat, you will react bluntly, can’t concentrate and feel tired. Someone think that don’t eat breakfast can reduce weight. However, it is a wrong concept. You feel hunger if you didn’t eat. You will eat much more for lunch. It’s easy to cause fatness. Stomach will assimilate any nutrients that you need and do not need both. Therefore, we should eat breakfast everyday to our health.
