But if we are not satisfied with services, what can we do?

Second, if we complain about bad concept, the bad services will be changed. Third, if we complain about bad services, people who work in this sector will need to be more prepared and more open to hear their clients. The author thinks it is good for us to complain, if we receive poor services.
I was impressed with this title of this article. When I first saw this article, I thought this title was interesting. Thus, I decided to continue reading this article. After reading it, I agree with the author. When we are not pleased with services, we should tell people who work in this sector, and they will change them. If we don’t tell them, they may think that what they do for consumers are good, and they do not change their way of service. In addition, bad services may influence their industries, and their consumers may reduce. Therefore, it is good for us to tell people who give us bad services. By listening to clients’ advice, they may enhance their abilities of service.
In“Why We Should Complain About Bad Service”, the author tells us what he or she think is correct to persuade us into complaining about poor services. I like the author’s writing style. It is easy for us to read and to understand what he or she wants us to know. The writing style is easy, and it contains a lot of knowledge.
On the other hand, I think that the author can give us more examples. That can make the article much longer and make the article look more persuasive. By giving more details, the author can convince us more easily. I think that a good article should contain more details and examples.
I like this article. After reading this article, I realize that it is important for us to tell people who give services we are not satisfied. If I can have this situation next time, I will tell them what they should be improved. After reading it, I am not afraid of telling people who service me badly.
