Should High School Students Wear Uniforms?

The author agreed that high school students should wear uniforms to school in order to make everything in order. He pointed out three points which are in order not to compare with others, control their desire from buying clothes, and still behave as a high school student when they don’t have classes. It is obvious in this society, people compare everything from others. Students are also in this way. It is right about the point that if students don’t wear uniforms to school would cause this kind of distraction from studies. I certainly agree with this point of view. The second point is kind an extension from the first point. Students don’t have any income sources except their parents but they don’t know how to control their desire on buying new clothes or other expensive things. It certain may lead them into a bad concept of stealing. It may not always happen but it surely happened. The last point of this article talks about the representation of a school. Those students who behave well don’t want to be implicated by those bad students. Wearing uniforms is somehow a moral way to constraint students who try to behave something bad.

The author mentioned these three points that students should wear uniforms to school. I agree with that very much. It not shows a unity of high school students but also a way to let them know what is the most important thing to them. They should pay more attention to their study but not clothes or their styles.
