The Second Draft of My Presentation

A few days before, we have a presentation in the other course. Because of the theme, I start to think about the differences between male and female. For the public, we will think male and female min and thought are very different. We always think woman will look things too seriously; however, man will think it is not a big deal. For example, sometimes when woman did something wrong, she might feel worried and think that event again and again. But man might forget it soon and think he just has to do it better next time.

And people usually deem something is man able to do and some is just for woman. As we are children, if we are girls, our parents might want us to do some static activities, such as playing the piano, painting, and etc. Our parents will buy some dolls or fairy tale for us. However, if we are boys, everything will be very different. They might buy some car models or robots for us and let us do some dynamic exercises. For most people, we always think woman should have the graceful behavior and cannot be rude. If a lady did something crazy or had a personality as a man, people would have some bad commentaries for her.

We cannot know about female mind easily, just like the proverb said, "A woman’s heart is a needle in the sea." As a female, I also hide my real feeling sometimes because I do not want to make things become worse. But for men, they do not like to pretend so they would argue with others easily. But we can know what does he think and how does he feel right away. Because woman has a meticulous mind, we have to be more careful when we get along with them. We cannot know their mind easily. Therefore, it is a big lesson to get along with different sex. When we get along with male, we can express all our feeling at once, but if the situation changes, we might have to make different way to relate to. For me, I think this a difficult course we should learn more about it. (365)
