A Reflection of Questionnaire Report

Mr. Lee said the social contact is one of the important skills in company. We should not just work alone without colleagues. Because of his job, he thought a good relationship in workplace is more useful. Compared with Mr. Lee, Miss Chen thought working hard is the only way which can make her succeed. What cause they have his different ideas in their job? I think their gender and occupation both give them different thought in workplace. They both agree the reason why people failed is not just they do not invest effort. They think luck and effort are the key to succeed. I think even lucky people have unfortunate time. But if we have prepared for everything, we can turn the tide and let the crisis be a turning point.
Both of them approve women cannot do anything they want because the rule is more important. I think it is right. If a woman always complain and is uncooperative in her job, the company will collapse. When we discuss the sexual equality, we have to think about what is the real equality to male and female.
They both leave time for family after work. In my opinion, working hard is important, but we should also take care about our family. Sometimes we heard a couple divorce because the husband or wife does not care about family. Keeping good relationships in workplace means we have to use our time well. Even though that is a hard question to most people, we still have to try our best efforts in balancing our career and family.
What men and women want to do is usually different in their work. Most of men think their jobs are more important, so they do not change their work easily. I think a part of reason is that they have to keep their family. So they have more pleasure which makes they do not leave their career. Single women usually do not have the pleasure of keeping family, so they will choose to do more different things when they have money and time to learn more knowledge or experience.
Mr. Lee thinks marriage is an important thing for him. But he advises people should have a good economic foundation and then they can get married. Compared with Mr. Lee, Miss Chen think single is much better for her. She does not want to be constraint by family. But she also said if a few years later, she will have the willing to get married. Many people choose not get married nowadays. I think this phenomenon makes a lot of problems happen in our society. On the other hand, people do not want to married because they feel their salaries are too low to support themselves.
They actually do not want to choose the work before. When they got their jobs and do them, they felt it is not bad and interesting. So they will still keep their jobs. I think we cannot choose our occupation sometimes because there are too many factors make us to submit the life. However, we still have to try our best in the occupation we choose and learn things from it.
