My Part-time Job In Dean’s Office

This semester, I got a part-time job in Dean’s office. Every Friday afternoon, I had to go to Dean’s office and started my part-time job! Originally, I did not know how to do this job, so I had a practical training in winter vacation.

When I went to Dean’s office first time, I saw something interesting – how to do the job in the Dean’s office. There were forty-eight rules that we should be careful. That was so funny for me. Fortunately, there was a person to teach me and we were the education department. I was so lucky that I learned so quick that I known the whole thing that I should do! In Dean’s office, I had to help some students apply school report cards, students’ identify card and so on. I also had to go to post office to send letters. Although I knew the whole thing, I was afraid that I would forget when the school was started. In fact, I almost forget the whole thing when the school was started.
I still remember I asked to a person who was responsible in Dean’s office. I guessed she would be impatient. By contrast, she was so patient that I quickly familiar with the whole thing in the Dean’s office. I was thankful her a lot. Although I didn’t know people who worked in the Dean’s office in the beginning, I quickly remembered everyone for a month. I found they all were very nice. When I was some questions about taking classes, they would answer me. They also told how to do the rundown carefully. Fortunately, I also could learn English skills in the Dean’s office because I met a person who worked in the Dean’s office. She would give me some advices about English, for instance, reading, speaking, writing and listening. I could plan these things because of her help.

In the Dean’s office, I learned not only things about administration but also English skills. I was very thankful everybody in the Dean’s office. This summer vacation, I also need to stay in school because I am still in the Dean’s office to provide a diploma. Perhaps it will be a substantial summer for me!
