An Awful Experience

I bought a notebook of Compaq at Tsannkuen Hisnchu store on Nove. 18th, 2009. When I got home, I didn't open the box which was put the notebook instantly. I opened it two days later, and I found out that battery charger hadn't in the box. I called to the customer service, a woman, and she said " It is so sorry, but why didn't you open the box immediately when you got home? I couldn't not to doubt that maybe you threw it away accidently and you didn't want to buy it again, so you cheated me and wanted to get a new one. " I was very angry because I did not throw it away and I did not need to cheat her. Althought I am not a rich guy, I do not to steal or rob other's things. I talked to the customer service that I did not want this notebook anymore and I would take it back in seven days. Maybe she felt that I was angry or she scared I take the notebook back to Tsannkuen, she told me that I could go to their store to get a new one next day. I got the battery charger in the end, but I felt very uncomfortable and got unfair treatment. One of this company's operating strategies is "Making customers look pleased after our service." I did not feel it. I suspect this company's customer service officers do not have a complete and professional staff-training. As a business administration student, I think the customer service officers play an important role in a company because they represent their company to contact customers in the first line. How an awaful experience it is. I would go their store anymore.
