This summer, I went to the hospital to be a volunteer in my hometown, because the school asked us to be a volunteer about one hundred hours. I decided to do it this summer.
At the beginning, I heard I had to push a car which filled with books to patients, and they arranged another person with me. Suddenly, I found that she was my friend! I was so surprised that I couldn’t say anything. We did it three times a week. I felt that patients were pitiful, even I sometimes saw the children who had to fight disease; their personality was pure and brave. I found I was very lucky, because I had a good health. I also should keep my body to maintain my health. On August, I changed another place—a room which had many case studies. I saw many things that I shouldn’t see. And I went there every day. I did a lot of things, like making up some case studies, cut some papers and so on. I always did it until the afternoon, and I didn’t finish it. I knew there was a very tough work. I was thankful to the people who are in a room which had many case studies. They were very nice, taught me a lot, and often let me eat much food.
In hospital, I saw many people in hospital. They were different from others. They were very brave to fight their disease. I was very touched. I learned so many things. We had to be concerned about them, even the rich or the poor. I will be a teacher in the future, so I had to adapt to service people to increase my experience in my life that I teach. It can also let me know how to lead a group, because I have a camp to prepare it. It made me know more people who had different personality. Be honest, I was happy to earn an experience in hospital this summer.
