Getting a part time job in USA

This summer vacation, I plan to work at America. This is my first time to work overseas, and it is also the first time to go America. Although it is not my first part time job and my first abroad, it is the farthest country I had ever to go. My job over there is a ride operator in the amusement park. Job duties include testing equipment, operating rides, assisting guests with seating, giving safety instructions to guests, maintaining cleanliness of the park, sweeping, removing trash, and providing a high level of guest service as well as other duties as assigned. Our employer provides the dorm. It costs me $45.6 per week. I will be paid US$ 7.5 per hour. I have about 30 to 40 work hours per week depending on the business.

Because I major in English in college, I spend lots of time studying English and learning the western cultures by books, so I want to explore the real American life by working and living with Americans, and this program can give me a good chance to see absolutely another world and another life. The purpose of joining the program is not to make money. I want to experience American cultures and life by working and living in US. I want to make friends from different countries to broaden my horizons and learn different cultures and new things by exchanging ideas and opinions, so I can develop my international perspectives. I have never stayed away from my family so far, so I want to train myself to be more mature and independent by working in a foreign country. I would like to improve my English communication skills, especially the listening and speaking abilities, by interacting with the American or international co-workers and the customers. I would like to learn the American cultures and learn how to communicate with people from different countries and different culture background. I also want to learn new skills and enjoy the American food while working in US.

I plan to travel to New York and Florida for a week after the program. It is important for me to take a rest after working. Although preparing the data to go USA is tired and busy, spending too much commission annoying, I still expect this working and traveling chance. Taking a sun bath at the beach and shopping in the big mall may cure my tiredness.
