Have you ever imagined that how the life would be if there is no electricity in our life? Nowadays, people take the electricity for granted. We turn on the light switch when we feel dark, we turn on the air conditioner and fans when we feel hot, and we turn on the computer when we want to surf the net. Above all attribute to electricity. Electricity has played a key role in our everyday existence. It affects our lives a lot. Without electricity, our life would be inconvenient, and even changed.

Due to the invention of electricity, we can have the bright night. We do not need to light the candle; we just need to turn on the light switch by a finger, the night will not be dark. We can read books or watch TV during the night. This attributes to electricity. Without electricity, the light switch cannot work. It means we all would be back in the “Dark Ages”.

Air conditioners and fans get along with us through the hot and burning days. However, air conditioners and fans would not work if there is no electricity. Because of electricity, we can still feel cool during the summer days.

Computers and the Internet also play an important role in our life, but their existence should attribute to electricity. No electricity, no computers and no Internet. This not only affects our life but also the whole world because the Internet equals to the global world today. Without electricity, the computer becomes the useless object.

Electricity is the most technological advancement because it is the basis of how we live our lives today. Though it is not that noticeable, it takes lots of advantages in our life.
