Kenya testimony: My teacher abused me

When I saw the title “ my teacher abused me”, I feel astonishment. It is unbelievable that a teacher did bad thing to his students. In Taiwan , teacher is a person who we respected and admired. Because in our stereotype-impression, teachers need to teach us acknowledgement, keep order and to make sure our security. But in Kanya , Third World country, public security is a big problem. They do not have enough knowledge about sex . The rate of rape is higher and higher . If the citizen of Kanya still have not been taught the sex problem, it will cause many tragedy happened.
Recently , in Taiwan, there is a controversial issue that is “Whether we should give a cumulative penalty to the rapist or not.” (Because there are more and more children be raped, the rapist did not sentence the severe sentence. Many parents or even public figure did not satisfy with the judge.) It is glad that in Taiwan, many people are willing to voiced their children’s security for unfair justice. I hope that Kanya’s government can take their health education seriously. Children should be protect.
We need to keep children from being hurt. (198)
