The Internet and My Life

The Internet is one of the best inventions. It makes information spread in a very short time. No matter where you live, the Internet can shorten the distance between each other, making people closer and closer. For humankind, it is excellent and necessary. Now, the Internet has become very popular and universal. I used to use Internet to chat with friends, or to make friends. Also, if I have questions about anything, I search for answers online. The Internet offers entertainment as well, for instance, downloading music, photos legally and uploading films which you want to share to others. However, I often find interesting things I was not looking for. Thanks to the Internet, we can use it to watch ball games online, look over the weather, and auction off products which you do not need anymore and so on. In short, the Internet is extremely useful and convenient to us and it is full of surprises. In the other hand, there are some defects and traps on the Net. More often than not, many people have been cheated or suffered losses. We can’t help but be careful. In my opinion, the more careful we are, the safer we will be.
