The Person I Most Admire

"Have you ever admired someone? " I asked this question to myself and thought about it a lot. I finally knew there is no doubt, the person I most admire is my grandfather. Because I was raised by my grandparents, I was influenced by them, especially my grandpa.

For me, he is really a good grandfather. He treated all people in my family very nice. He gave me a ride to the elementary school every morning. He took a walk with my cousin and me every afternoon. He cooked the dinner for us every evening. Too many things he did for us were so touching. For example, one day, he went to the McDonald's to buy breakfast even he had never gone to there before. And surprisingly, the reason was that my sisters and I wanted to eat. This simple happiness comes from my grandfather's true love.

On the other hand, my grandfather was friendly, enthusiastic, helpful, and talkative. He was also a people person. He treated other people generous, not only the relatives but friends and neighbors. He listened to them, gave them advice, and solved their problems. If neighbors needed, he even helped them to repair the lights or change the faucet, too. He is really a kind person.

Although we all grew up now, he passed away. He won't be right with us. Never had I forgotten his sorrowful look when he was on the edge of the dead. “ Did you feel that we were all around you and called you loudly? “ Even though we knew you just went to the heaven, we could not help crying.

My dear grandfather actually is a very respectable person. I learned a lot of things from you. I'm proud of you and love you. I believed that your soul and your love are still here with us. Thanks for this simple happiness you gave.
