Should teachers at schools be graded? As far as I am concerned, I`m totally agree with it. The rating for our teachers in college, is really useful between teachers and students. Teachers can through the assessment of the way to realize what students truly want, and what kind of teaching way is suitable. On the other hand, students can receive much benefit from those teaching way. I think everyone will be satisfied.
On the contrary, if the comments show that teacher have too many negative commentaries, it might embarrassed them. In my opinion, By rating, teachers will get the best way to improve their method. But students should be reflect upon themselves whether they are played a good student before they criticize teachers, it`s not always complain on teachers. To sum up, “Success lies in diligence,” don`t finding the excuses for yourself all the time.
