Exercise

More and more young people prefer to watch TV and surf the Internet at home rather than exercise outside. Moreover, sometimes they have part-time jobs, have dates with their girl-friends or boy-friends, and have lots of homework. They are busy. In fact, most of girls spend their leisure time chatting with their friends; most of boys spend all day long on playing online games. Both of them hate to sweat. However, sweating can make people more strong. Thus, people would not get cold easily. Besides, doing exercise is a good way for people to control their weights. For example many super stars do exercise everyday to make them slimmer. Though, some people choose to take some medicines to reduce their weights. It is not only useless but harmful to health. And some people like to do exercise every morning because they can relax themselves by it. When people feel frustrated or upset, jogging and playing sports can make them feel better. Especially, people take shower after sweating. Finally, and probably most important, exercising plays an important role in our lives because it’s related with people’s health. If people always lying on the sofas watch TV, they must be couch potatoes. People’s flexibility and muscular strength will be worse day after day. It is not difficult to do exercise. Walking is the most common exercise. People just spend an our a day walking. It would be helpful for anyone, so let’s do exercise from now on. (245words)
