Change of consumption

  As times changed, modern people began demanding convenient life. If we do not live in this period, we would not have televisions, wash machines, and even computers. It sounds terrible, but people lived before 19^th century without any electronic appliances. However, we not only change our material lives but also living habits.

  Due to modernization, people consumption changed a lot. First, people gradually use credit cards instead of cash, because it is dangerous to carry lots of money. Moreover, if people do not have enough money to buy what they want, they could use credit cards and then pay up when they draw their salaries. Second, more and more people prefer buying things online rather than shopping outside. It is truly convenient, because people just search online at home, and many kinds of goods would appear on computer monitor. Besides, it doesn’t cost much time.

  Although credit cards and online shopping are very popular, they also bring some problems. Using credit cards become a unavoidable trend, whereas some people abuse them and depend on them. Therefore, they have no ability to pay up, and they finally break credits or even become homeless. Though shopping online is really handy, sometimes people receive net purchases are different from expects. Maybe it would cause the trading problems or internet fraud.

  Most invents are useful, but it is time to ponder the problems of them. Learning how to use them, and cherish will be an important course for us.  (245words)
