Having three meals a day is the most pleasant thing in my everyday life. However, I am not particular about food. I will pay special attention to the nutrition of the food. For example, I usually watch out for the calorie before I eat it. Then I will choose to boil or stew with soy sauce as seasoning to displace to deep-fried. What is more, when I am at table, I will listen to music to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Of course, I will not over eat, nor will I eat my favorite dishes to my heart’s content. I am really opposed to excessive eating and drinking because it will bring a lot of terrible problem.
I like to eat vegetables most because I don’t have to worry about getting fat. Frankly speaking, I am putting on a lot of weight and is now going on a diet. Another favorite of mine is different kinds of fruit. They have many vitamins, such as vitamins A, vitamin C and so on. They can prevent virus to make us not to catch a terrible cold or other significant disease. Also, regular physical activity is also a key component of maintaining heart health.
