An Important Experience to Me

I had an important activity on 22nd May. That activity was about all departments and clubs in school. We had to show some files about our club to the school, such as personnel file, economical file, and so on. I began to prepare these files one month ago. I thought I can finish those files before the day. However, something happened! Three weeks before the activity, I asked one of my members to collect members’ attendance and some records of meetings. I also asked her to prepare those data for two weeks. After two weeks, she didn’t give those data to me. I asked why she didn’t finish yet, she answered that she was busy on another activity. I was a little angry, but I still need those data. So I agreed that she could give those data to me later. After a few days, she sent those to me. I still had to do those data again, because it was easy to see that she prepared those data in a hurry. Finally, I stayed up two nights to prepare the final files. I was extremely tired, but I still had to attend the activity. Because I was the leader, the judges would ask me questions about the chorus. I was a little nervous. Fortunately, the judges were very kind. They didn’t ask difficult questions that I couldn’t answer. Most of the questions were based on the files which we did. Actually, I had participated in this activity with the last leader last year, so I had an experience about this activity before. Thanks to this experience, I prepared those files more easily than others. Though I was extremely tired in those days, I still had a good time.
