My Uncle’s Wedding Ceremony

On the April 4th, this was a good day which my uncle’s wedding ceremony was holding on. A week ago, my uncle asked me to be a maid of honor of his wedding. I did not say anything and answer him. On one hand, I was so honorable to hear that. On the other hand, I was so nervous about the day’s coming. In the morning, there was so annoying that I was affected to get up at nine o’clock. After I got up, I started preparing to make up. Next, my father drove me to the bride’s home. I stepped into her house while the bride was making up. The first sight I saw her that she was so beautiful as if she were a fairy from a virtual dream. I had focused on her lasting about five minutes. A half minutes passed, we heard that the door ring rang from outside. Here came the groom and the groomsman. However, it was not too easy to entrust the bride to the groom. The groom was asked by maids to yell the bride’s name and say “I love you.” loudly for three times. Another challenge to the groom was to sing a love song for the bride with a deep feeling. After finishing two challenges, they worshipped the ancestors and the bride’s father and mother. The scene was so touching that the bride and her mother cried. Everyone was affected by the atmosphere simultaneously. Then, a crowd of people bounded for my uncle’s house. Due to my uncle’s wedding ceremony, almost all the relatives came to Taipei to give the best wishes to the couple. Although we were not used to keeping contact with each other, we can also chat happily and delightedly. On the contrary to adults, children looked forward to the high –ranking meal of the wedding ceremony, so was I. The task needed to do seem to be coming. I need to pull the bridal veil in order not to be tripped up by her. I reckon that this was the specialist experience that I ever had. Seeing that they were so happy and so was everyone, my grandparents felt comfort. I wish that my uncle and aunt could love each other forever. And they can give a birth to babies as my grandparents’ grandsons and granddaughters.
