Special Birthday

There are always things in life that one forgets to do. My sister and I forgot our father's birthday this year and didn't prepare anything for him. In the past, we would always tired to show our gratitude and love to our dad by giving him a birthday present. However, both of us were too busy to plan something this year. When we finally remembered, it was too late to even say "Happy Birthday!" We forgot to call him on his birthday.But then we decided,"Better late than never." It is better to do something late than to never do it at all. My sister and I decided to make up for our negligence by throwing our father a surprise party at home. We returned to Tainan and invited some of our dad's friends over,and we brought her a big cake and a massage sofa as a present. The moment our dad entered the door, he was so touched that he could not say anything. We knew we did the right thing because it is never too late to show how much you care about something. In comparison to our mother, my father doesn't want to shape her love for us. But all we know he loves himself next us. We are always boasting of his manner. We recalled many fond memories as we looked back on our past. My father inshrines our happy memories in his mind. And we know the future would be wonderful.
