My second language is English, and I have learned it nine years until now. When I was a six-grade student in the elementary school, I learned English at first time in a language institute which the learners are children and teenagers from 10 to 15. I was really afraid of English was difficult before I started to learn at that time, but I was wrong after I learning the basic of English. Because the teaching style of the teacher, I was confident of my English learning. I not only learned the alphabet but also pronunciation rules like K.K., and I also learned how to write the twenty-six letters in printing style and cursive writing. I also learned some English children ballads and carols, so I felt that English was very interesting. After two or three months, I started to learn the grammar. At first, I learned basic person rules, tenses, the Yes/No questions and six WH-questions. And then I learned the gerund, the imperative sentences, tag questions, and relative clauses. Although I learned English before, I still had some learning difficulties when I was a senior high school student. I needed to know more and more vocabularies and phrases for any exams, so I had to study hard under pressure and lost confidence in learning English grammar gradually. Even though I learned the grammar not well on textbooks, I still learned it from magazine, radio, books, and even on TV. I still had interested in learning English, so that is why I chose English to be my major. Now I learn English by reading some books about any English information or literature and English newspapers, watching CNN on TV, and surfing English websites on the Internet.
I also learned another language, Germany, my third language. I started to learn Germany when I was a freshman in senior high school, and now my minor is Germany. Because I have the basic knowledge of English, I can learn Germany more quickly. The grammar of Germany and the article of Germany are more difficult than English after all, although some words are similar to English and easy to learn. I also read some books about German information to learn more and try my best to use it in daily life.
