I was getting dressed when I noticed my skirt was a little tight. I decided to go diet. For snacks, Vegetables and fruits are good for our health. I would eat some vegetables and fruits, Such as carrots, spinach, cauliflower, kale, tomato, apple, orange, tangerine, grape, lettuce and asparagus. I would cut down on cola and pearl milk tea, and cut out French fries, hamburger, fried chicken and cake completely. But, after only eight days, I was hungry. As I walked around the McDonald, someone cut in in front of me. It was my friend who incited me to eat lunch with her. I tried to refuse, but she rudely said that few classmates were betting I would never lose weight. They said that I would always be chubby. I could not believe it! She cut down the conversation short and ran down the street. I felt bad, and decided to succeed. I would keep to my diet now. The comment, in the end, brought me easily to cut my weight. In that aspect at least, what started out as a curse became a blessing in disguise. I hope I am as light as a feather some day and inspire others by sharing my experience.
