A routine exercise,
a healthy and happy life
Taijiquan is a tradition exercise from china. And,
it would use the power in your body to move your body and limbs slightly, the
more Taijiquan you practice the more power you get in your body. This semester,
I choose Taijiquan as my PE class. When I sit here, I feel peace around me. In addition,
the teacher told me that Taijiquan is a kind of KunFu, and it had adapted by a general
in Qing dynasty. At first, practicing KunFu must have a strong body and
powerful limbs. However, the general found an important problem that some
people didn’t have a healthy and strong body to practice Kunfu. In order to let
those people have opportunities to practice Kunfu, the general slowed down all
action in Kunfu. And, the result made the general surprised because those
people became healthier than before. So, that is why the Taijiquan can be
passed by many years and many people begin to practice.
Before starting the head course, the teacher
teaches us some simple warm-up exercise that we can practice at home. For example,
we have to stretch and do some exercise which can practice our muscles. These exercise
is tired but worthy because I can feel a pleasant and satisfied atmosphere in
class. Even I found girls enjoy in exercising. Teacher tells us that he wakes
up at four o’clock a.m. every day. During he practices Taijiquan, he thinks
twice from the past, and he gets inside learning. After he finishes practicing,
he feels better. So, when we finish practice, the whole classmates would close
the eyes, sit and the teacher let us enjoy a soft music to relax.
Why I think a routine exercise can make a
pleasant life? I consider it might also be affected by my classmate. This
classmate has to play volleyball every night. I can see her tired eyes and
limbs. However, when I chat with her, I can get a positive power and warm atmosphere
from her. Routine exercise can produce a magnetic field which can influence us
and give us a positive thoughts and power. This magnetic field may make a life
more perfect. And, these reasons push me to keep exercising. Just I mention
that Taijiquan help me recover my body inside. In the end, I have practiced Taijiquan
for three weeks, I consider if I keep doing, it might bring great and good
change to my life. (412)
