My Summer Vacation

This summer, I went to Singapore with my friends and teacher for six days. This was my first time to go abroad. Therefore, all of things were interesting to me. For examples are taking airplane and sending e-mail from Singapore …… and so on. The e-mails were sending form Singapore. That day, we got up very early to send it. When I arrived at the airport, I knew that we needed to handle many procedures. I thought that those were very complicated. Then, we need to check our passport by customs. No matter who were Taiwan’s customs or Singapore’s customs, their face were very serious, this made us fear. In the airport, there had tax-free shop. This was a good place to shopping because the things had lower price.

After we were flight for four hours, we arrived in Singapore and started our journey. During this day, we went to many places likely Science Museum, The Singapore Flyer, Orchard Road, Chinatown, and Universal Studios …… and so on. We stayed at Universal Studios for a long time. This amusement part was different from Taiwan. For example were the 4D movies. In Singapore, the 4D movie’s seat could move and shoot the water, you would feel in the movie, the most different was the movies was 3D. In Taiwan, our movies were not 3D. Therefore, I thought that the amusement part was better than Taiwan.

The most special thing in Singapore was their supermarket. The supermarket was near our hotel and next to Small India. We found it on the internet and we went to the supermarket every night. Those days, we went to different supermarket. There were many things in it. When we entered the supermarket, it gave us stress. There had a lot of goods on the shelf and the road was very small, but I thought it was a good place to shopping. This place had a shortcoming. Maybe, this was our feeling, but we weren't like this feeling. When we were going shopping at Small India, we were so scared to their people. We knew that they were not bad guys, but we were worried about them.  

In this day, I thought that their school was very amazing to me. The school was so big that they had their own bus on the campus. The building has long distance and their classroom was beautiful and it made us feel comfortable. The school had many green plants and their restaurant was so big. All of things in it were very amazing.

In this journal, I learned many in Singapore. No matter was their culture or their spirit that I was esteem them. Their culture was complicated and their people were good to rule their law. The same law in Taiwan was not getting the same effect in Singapore. Although their laws are strict to their people, they get good live. Maybe, I like this live in my mind. Someday, I will go back to Singapore and regain to know them because their country is improvement very quickly.
