How Do I Keep Balance in My Life?

When I saw this article How Do I Keep Balance in My Life online, I was attracted by this essay immediately. It is interesting because I really want to know what I can do to make my life better. I hope that my life will be a good life and I can enjoy this good life. I believe that there are a lot of people want to find the answer of this question too. Absolutely, many people must feel annoying about their messy life. So, I read this essay. And it is so great to learn something helpful from the author. The author Linda Ballis tell me an important thing. She let me know one of the most important things to do is to look after myself first and concentrate on all the little things. If I can concentrate on doing little things, I will find that all the little things add up to become balanced when I really to do them. I think it is a good thought. I cannot agree with her more. Sometimes, I also found that the reason why I can do a lot of things well is because I did many little things first. As long as I did preparation in the beginning, I must did a good job than I did not pay attention on the little things. If I did not look after myself and did something tough at the same time, I always made my lifestyle terrible. So I really agree with Linda. Another good viewpoint I like is that if your health is one area you need to work on one little thing you can do is make sure you have a good healthy breakfast. It is right. It means I have to look after myself by getting a good start to the day. I will feel healthier and more energetic and after a few weeks this will become my new habit and will become the norm. Finally, I want to share the idea that I like in the essay. “If you concentrate on one or two new things at a time then move onto something else you will achieve progress and will not become overwhelmed.” And it is a good way that make a list before doing everything. “It is as easy to create good habits as it is to create bad habits you just need to do it a little bit at a time.” After I finish reading, I found I have to give myself a better life. At least, I have to change my lifestyle and keep my life in balance. Maybe I can create some good habits! I can do it as long as I want to do. And I will do well. Anyway, I tell myself… Just do it.
