She let me know one of the most important things to do is to look after myself
first and concentrate on all the little things. If I can concentrate on doing
little things, I will find that all the little things add up to become balanced
when I really to do them. I think it is a good thought. I cannot agree with her
more. Sometimes, I also found that the reason why I can do a lot of things well
is because I did many little things first. As long as I did preparation in the beginning,
I must did a good job than I did not pay attention on the little things. If I
did not look after myself and did something tough at the same time, I always
made my lifestyle terrible. So I really agree with Linda. Another good
viewpoint I like is that if your health is one area you need to work on one
little thing you can do is make sure you have a good healthy breakfast. It is
right. It means I have to look after myself by getting a good start to the day.
I will feel healthier and more energetic and after a few weeks this will become
my new habit and will become the norm. Finally, I want to share the idea that I
