About My English Learning

I think English is very important, but my progress of learning English is really hard . I don’t have a good function, because I very hate to remember the spelling of a word. My pronunciation is not good, so my hearing is also poor. I very regreted,and I didn’t establish a good function for myself. After I entered the English department, I decided to strengthen my English. First, I need to train my hearing and realize the pronunciation of each word. These are the most serious problems for me. Although I work hard, sometimes I still feel frustrated.I know I won’t give up, because I love English. My English is not very good, so I think to improve my English ability is my motivation at now. I don’t want to have a poor English. My mother always says English is very important to me. It can help me get a good job. When I was a senior high school student, my motivation to learn English was only to pass examination, but now English for me also is an interest. Because I have interest in English, I will have more propulsion.

    I think “read” is the best way to improve English. Teacher said read is very useful, and it can upgrade your ability of reading and writing,even helpful to hearing and speaking. I should arrange a schedule of reading, increasing the number of reading step by step, and watching English movies to learn more local slangs, realizing their cultures. I also need to improve my pronunciation, because it really important to me.  At my current stage, my greatest hope is being a fluent speaker of English. My pronunciation is really poor, and I think bad pronunciation also affected my hearing. So if I can become a fluent specker of English, it would be very helpful to me. I expect I can be like a native speaker of English, and make conversion with Americans without any obstacles. Prior to this,to establish a good foundation is the most important.

    This is a globalized world. English also become an international language. Many countries are crazing to learn English. If you want to go abroad, you cannot live without speaking English. Western culture really have a great influence on us. Indeed, living in a globalized world, we should make our English ability maintain a middle level. On the other hand, don’t forget our native languages and cultures. They are always the most valuable.
