A Trip to Philippines

I had been to lots of places. But the most meaningful trip that I have never had is going to Philippines as a global volunteer. Traveling is not only for fun, but can learning something worth as well. For example, I went to Philippines in the age of my first grade of senior high school. The school that I went to is a Catholic educational institution, and the school nun suggested me to go to Naga City, Philippines, helping the poor. From the very first beginning, I was afraid of it, but after a long consideration, I made up my mind to go there helping people who are in great need. When we were arrived our destination, those poor people seem to be seeing hope. I can`t imagine how pity are they, my mood at that moment was precious and how bliss am I. All the thing that I can do was transporting courageous meanings and hearing their stories. The poor and volunteers are blessing to each other. After ten working days, I gained much from those experiences.

If I have one more chance to go there, I would say yes with no doubt. I never thought that helping people can be so much fun and grateful. I swear that I will give them a hand again in the future at all costs. In a nutshell, happiness lies in content and be thankful continuously.
