Self-Introduction

My name is Connie and I come from a simple city---Tainan. Now I am studying in Taipei. My friend always asks me "Why did you far away from your native village and come to Taipei? My answer is "Because I want to experience different life. Move to a new place can make me grow up and learn independent by myself. It is important to learn independent. We cannot always rely on our parent." There is the reason why I come to Taipei to study. In order to let you know me, I supply three main parts of my background: hometown, personality, interest.

The first part is "hometown". Tainan is in south of Taiwan so it is extremely hot in the summer. People usually hide at home to avoid the sunlight. Tainan has no any MRT, but every family in Tainan has at least one motorcycle and one car each family. Even if the people buy drinks, they always ride a motorcycle. They ride it no matter where they go. Because very few people take the bus, a bus comes every thirty mintutes. Tainan is a traditional city. Therefore, the flavor of food is sweet. Even in the noodles or soup, they always put some sugar in it. Everything is big and cheap in Tainan. Maybe you cannot figure out what this strange city is. But in my viewpoint this is our feature.

The second part is "personality." I think I am a weird guy because of my personality. It is a little bit of complicated about my thinking and behavior. Actually, I am not good at social with people. I do not like with crowd. The only way I feel secure is stay with meself. We all have our rule in life. If someone broke this rule or cross the line, I will feeel uncomfortable and upset. Sometime, I will do some crazy things in life. Do some crazy things is the way that I release my pressure.

The finally one is "interest". In my period of high school, I take the school bus to get home. I always expect the time. Th first thing when I get on the bus is choose a seat near the window. Because I like observe the people who walk on street or drive on the road. You may think the view is all the same every day, but it is different for me. Now, on the bus or MRT, I do the same thing---observe. I am curious about what others doing, even an action. Also, I like write some article. I am not good at saying the sweet words. So, I use of the pen to write down my observation or about my concern for others.

The three main parts of my background are hometown, interest and personality. Everyone is special in this world and no one is the same as me. Just follow my rule, do what I want, what I have to do and enjoy life. It is also important to be myself in life. I like try the new things in life. In the process of "try the new things" I realize myself more than before. Connie from Tainan, following her rule in life, observing the people everywhere, and this is me. (total:545)
