Even now, I still have a clear memory of my junior high school life. It is hard to forget it. Our class was like a puzzle. Each of pieces is special and irreplaceable.
One of my junior high school classmates, Leo, had passed out several years. He was a very quiet person, a little bit serious, but hard-working and intelligent. Because of his silence, I thought it was hard to get along with him. I seldom talked to him, including my other classmates. However, all of us were wrong. Leo was a sweet guy, friendly and easygoing. He was too shy that he did not know how to make friends. We tried to chat with him in the break time. He also helped us solve problems about homework.
After became a junior, there was a heartbreaking news. Leo fell ill. He could not go to school. All of us were sad to hear about that. We made cards and recorded video to encourage him, let him feel he was no alone.
A few months later, it is the day of our graduation ceremony. All of us were surprised that Leo came. He said, “Although I need to sit in a wheelchair, I still want to graduate with you, my classmates. Your courage is the power to make me want to graduate with you at the same day.”
One year later after graduation, Leo passed away. I cannot stop crying when I heard the news. However, everyone thinks Leo has become an angel. Like a piece of puzzle is gone, the puzzle won’t be prefect. But each of the pieces is irreplaceable and special. No matter where my classmates are, he or she is not alone, all of us still at here, waiting with a smile.
