The Taiwan Relations Act (after view)

The Taiwan Relations Act is an act of the united America Congress passed in 1979 after the establishment of diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China(PRC) and the breaking of relations between the United States and the Republic Of China(ROC) on the island of Taiwan by American President Jimmy Carter. This act is produce to substitute Sino-American Mutual Defense Treaty. I think this act is out of date, too many laws are not so fair to us. In my view, it just like we give some benefit to America to defense China to attack Taiwan. In fact, America doesn't want to see Taiwan 

 is  conquered by China, because Taiwan is a good strategy territory also an important business point land

. Otherwise, America technically doesn't identify Taiwan is an independent country. Such America to break off diplomatic relations with Taiwan, that is a contradiction.  The one of reason why Taiwan Relations Act created is America want to maintain the business relationship with Taiwan. So the conclusion is The Taiwan Relations Act should be revise, because that influence the place of Taiwan, we 

don't have to buy some old weapon from America with ridiculous high price on The Taiwan Relations Act.(201)
