                          The reflection of the film “freedom writer”
    This is a film which talk about a group of students comes from different country and lives in different background; they study in same class….. , but each them have a stave family, dangerous living, or a story about fighting for alive…etc.
    After I finished the film “freedom writer”, its so touch me, and I found out it try to show us there are a lot of society problems that we don’t notice them.
    The first problem is that racial discrimination. Some white color skin person really put a slight upon the other color skin person, and then hate becomes a vicious circle. The same race person always gather together at a same place, different racial person hostile each others, but they can’t forgot old scores. This situation causes a lot of misunderstandings, arguments and unnecessary fighting…even dying…just because they are different race.
    A similar problem is most of students in class join gangland. In their own society, they’re partial their friends without right or false. Just like the Taiwanese movie “MONGA”, all the gangland members fighting just for loyal to their friends... what a terrible thinking.
    The film also mentions the gender problem. The main actress is a teacher, and she is so concentrate on her work, even hold more than one job concurrently. She tries to use so many ways to understand them and help them for her students. Her husband wants to be an architect, but he is assignment in another normal work, now. After a period of time, he gives up his willing, and he watches his wife’s achievement and passionate on her work, he thinks he is inferior to his wife. In the end, they’re divorce. In fact, I’m doubt my opinion about this issue because I think a man should shoulder family livelihood
    Anyway, this is a good movie that you can’t miss it.
