My Smart Pet

My parents gave me a mini pig as a birthday gift two years ago. The mini pig, named Dodo, was a little girl. My family and I all called her “Super Pig” because she could understand what we talked about. For example, one day, I went out to buy drinks with her. When we prepared to cross the road, I said “Stop!” and she really stopped and waited for the stop light turning into the green light. “Wow, it is too amazing.” I had no choice but scream it in my mind at that time. For another example, one day, Dodo followed my mother to a grocery store. There were lots of people in the store. They all felt that it was very interesting when they saw my smart pet. My mother told Dodo “Stay and wait for me here.” Then my mom went to take the products which she needed. And Dodo really stayed in the original place to wait my mom. Although a lot of people, especially the kids, wanted to play and touch her, Dodo still stayed there and waited for my mom. After my mom finished the shopping, she went to the door of the store and said “Dodo, let’s go home!” Then, Dodo ran to my mother’s side and went home together happily. Dodo was really a smart girl. And she was just like a superstar to catch people’s attention any place when she went out to take a walk with my family or me. However, unfortunately, my family and I could not have more sweet memories about Dodo because she died of a car accident two years ago. We all felt sad and shock at that time, especially my mother and I because my mom took good care of her as the second daughter everyday and Dodo always followed and companied my mom everywhere everyday. To me, the death was the most impressive thing because I saw the car accident happen in front of me at that time. I had had already forgotten the process of the accident but I did not want to remember it at all. I only remembered that Dodo’s little body laid on the road quietly and I burst out crying near her side and how sad I felt at that time. I can not find any word to describe the sadness till now. Although the super pig has had left me for a long time, I can’t still forget her consideration and intelligence. I know that she will stay in my heart forever and ever.
