winter vacation

My winter vacation went pretty well. The first week of winter vaction I went to Macau with my family and cousins. It was a four days trip. The first day we visited those gambling places and the famous Venetian. The most special thing inside of Venetian is that all the views, sky, and the canal are all artificail constructions. But it looks very real. I took a lot of pictures inside. The second day we took a bus to Chu Hai. It's a nice and quiet place just like Xindien in Taipei. And the speciaility goods in Chu Hai is the pearl and scollop. They turn the pearl into so many products. Such as: necklaces, facial skin care, or make them into powders. They said it's good for the health. But to me, I didn't think it was that special. The third day, we took a bus to Shen Zhen as well. It was nothing like Chu Hai. The place is more like a Taichung city compare to Taiwan. A lot of factories are located. So the air is very bad. The cars and the buses are all over the roads and streets. It is a very busy city. Well known as one of the three profit-seeking business city in mainland China. Because my dad's factory is there also, we decided to go visit him. He took a day off to take us to ShenZhen's most famous tourist spot "Folk Culture Village." When we first walked in, I was like.....WOW!! The place was so big, we had to rent a golf car to see everything in there. This place condensed all the states into one place. So when you finish looking around you will know all the famous spots in china. I was impressed by how they organized a huge place like this. After that we stayed at a five-star hotel in Shenzhen. And of course Mahjong at night in the hotel. The next morning we rushed to a big shopping mall. It's famous because the stores inside sell those fake stuff of various named brands. But I didn't get anything in there. We just went there to see what's going on. Then we headed back to Macau to catch the plan back to Taiwan. The trip was tense but fun. Wish there were more time for us to discover those places.
