Environment Protection

This is a very popular issue that everybody discusses it today. People who live in the earth have responsibility to protect our living places. The movie “An Inconvenient Truth” shows everyone the seriousness about climate changes and greenhouse effect. After seeing the movie, people must change something. People have to change their behavior and attitude to protect the environment because living places are destroyed and full of pollution. What can people do to protect the environment? There are three easy ways for everyone to do. First, don’t drive a car or ride a motorcycle by yourself. Sometimes it is not easy to find a place to park. If people always take public transportation, the quality of air will be better. People also don’t have to add expensive oil to their cars, and don’t have to pay the fee of parking. They can save a lot of money. Lately, riding a bicycle is a popular activity. On weekends, there are a lot of people riding bicycles to relax. It is a good way to exercise and make people health. Second, classify trash before you throw them. It just costs little time for trash producers to classify. If people throw trash directly, people who have to classify trash will cost much time to do it. Although there are many volunteers to do trash classification, trash still produces with time. People have to reduce trash and the earth will be better. Third, everyone has to prepare chopsticks and a spoon. If people use their own chopsticks when they eat food outside, it will reduce the use of disposable chopsticks. One can save plants, another can reduce pollution. The government advocates carrying chopsticks with ourselves. It is an important policy for everyone to abide by. In many restaurants, they also stick the slogan on the wall. They want every customer to carry chopsticks. Human being has to regard to these problems. If so, our lives and the environment will be better.
