Recently, I quitted my part-time job from cram school. That was my first job in my life, and I had never had any jobs before. I was an English assistant to teach students who were about 6 grades and 7grades.
This job gave me lots of experiences. For example, I was a new employee even did not have any work experiences; old employees always treated me badly. That was a strong stress to me, but I still overcame it. I was a new teacher in the cram school, so some students took an unfriendly attitude toward me. At first, I was sad and worried how to make a good relationship with my students. As time goes by, the students accepted me gradually and said “hi” to me. That was a great moment! In this job, I learned how to get along with other people who were not your classmates. I also learned something special from my some students.
When I left this job, I felt bad. I was happy that my students’ English subject was gradually progressed. But I had to leave because I couldn’t work in that time. I felt disappointed that I can’t teach them until they graduate from junior high school. At first, I thought my students were evil; they always made noise in class, and also did a bad job in their work. I was frustrated. Now, I thought that they are my little angle, because they gave me lots of experiences in my life.

The best part being a teacher is that we can always learn from our students.
